What Commercial Real Estate is available?

The city of Las Vegas owns a business industrial park, LVSMEDC has commercial properties, and there are numerous private properties suitable for use. There are 5 retail commercial zones, railroad district, Douglas Avenue, Bridge Street, New Town Mills Avenue, and Grand Avenue. The railroad district has a redevelopment plan that includes, retail spaces, housing lofts, small technology buildings. The City Hall is relocating to Douglas Avenue and will incorporate additional rental spaces.
