Vision/Goals
Genesis
In August of 2000 the Las Vegas San Miguel Economic Development Corporation
(LVSMEDC) was founded with the goal of stabilizing and improving business
in Las Vegas and San Miguel County. The LVSMEDC membership comprises a wide spectrum
of people from business and government, non-profit development organizations, and others. Once the group was formed, we contracted to become the official economic development arm of both the City of Las Vegas and San Miguel County. Our broad base results in a powerful and coordinated effort.
